Betreft : Prijsaanpassingen 03/2021voor al onze kunststof producten – opslag en transportbakken.

Beste klant,
Geachte mevrouw / geachte heer ,

Wij voelen ons verplicht om jullie te informeren met betrekking tot de huidige plotse en dramatische stijging van de grondstofprijzen. U behoort immers tot onze klantengroep en we willen u zo goed mogelijk informeren met betrekking tot recente evoluties in onze branche.

De transportkosten en grondstofprijzen zijn dermate snel gestegen dat wij geen andere uitweg hebben als onze prijzen evenredig aan te passen, om onze kwaliteit en service te blijven garanderen. De toestand is dusdanig verslechterd dat we tot onze grote spijt, deze nooit gekende prijsstijging van dienen door te voeren.

Hoe de prijzen op korte of middellange termijn zullen evolueren, is op dit moment onduidelijk. Hoelang deze situatie gaat duren, is onmogelijk te voorspellen. Wanneer we te werk gaan op onze kunststof leveranciers en experten op dit vlak, praten we hier over geen kortstondig fenomeen.

Gezien de omvang van dit verhaal, kunnen we onmogelijk al onze klanten ogenblikkelijk gepersonaliseerd en in detail informeren. Vraag daarom bij uw volgende behoeften aan onze producten een prijsvoorstel bij onze verkoopploeg aan !
We zullen vervolgens per project meer in detail kunnen treden en een voorstel formuleren waarbij prijsstabiliteit tijdens de offerte periode wordt gegarandeerd.

We rekenen op uw begrip en moeten trachten gemeenschappelijk deze moeilijke tijd te overbruggen. Wij blijven zoeken naar mogelijke kostenbesparingen en staan op elk moment open voor een gesprek om verder met u hierover van gedachten te wisselen.

Dear Business Partner,

Trusting to find you well during this challenging pandemic period.

Regret to announce you that due to the sudden increase of raw material we are forced to
review our price lists.

We have done our best to delay such increase, however we are no longer in the position to
keep the same price level as before, following the increase of 20%+ of the last 6 weeks. In fact,
as you know, our business is heavily depending on the raw material, which we source from
European premium suppliers.

Supported by the purchasing department we are doing our utmost to reduce the effect of the
increase of PP, trying to keep the price level as favorite as possible for you. You may count on
us as you have done in the past.

Depending on further developments we will update you about new possible changes.
As the immediate next step, in the course of the next days and weeks, we will be reverting to
you with our revised price lists and offers.

We realize that at no point in time none of us is happy when products and services will cost
more, nevertheless we address this letter to you in order to allow you to inform your own
markets and clients accordingly.

During these exceptional and challenging circumstances associated with Corona /COVID-19, we would like to inform you on the current development in our company and the measures being implemented at this time:

For the safety of our employees we have taken internal precautions at an early stage, including hygiene measures such as hand disinfection, avoiding visits from suppliers and customers, etc. This has enabled us to prevent negative consequences regarding our production capacity.

Employees capable of conducting business from home have already been doing so for several days. We have also continuously expanded our precautionary measures to prevent infection within our facilities and, for example, have added flexibility to working hours for our employees within divisions wherever organizationally feasible.
